Campaign Thesis

Why This Campaign. Why New York. Why Now.

Madison Avenue at night, gold light reflected on wet Manhattan pavement

Capital formation is still built on trust.

Large capital raises rarely begin with a form submission. They begin with focused conversations, informed questions, direct access to leadership, and a room built around the opportunity.

The PathFree Investor Dinner Campaign is designed to compress months of fragmented introductions into three concentrated evenings in New York—giving qualified prospective investors direct access to the company, its leadership, its technology, and its capital strategy.

Access
Direct engagement with a targeted investor audience.
Focus
PathFree is the sole presenting company during the series.
Momentum
Structured follow-up designed to move qualified interest into diligence.

The Problem

Cardiac arrest is not primarily a treatment problem. It is a timing problem.

Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest remains one of the most lethal medical events precisely because the decisive minutes occur before clinical care arrives. Survival falls sharply with every minute of delay in recognition, response, and defibrillation.

01

Recognition is delayed

Collapse is frequently unwitnessed, misread, or reported late. The clock begins before anyone realizes the clock has begun.

02

Response is uneven

Bystander intervention rates vary widely by geography, building type, and time of day. Access to a functioning defibrillator is inconsistent and rarely verified.

03

Information arrives last

Responding clinicians typically receive the least data at the moment they need the most. Pre-arrival context is fragmented across callers, dispatch, and devices.

04

Post-event learning is lost

Without a structured data layer, each event teaches the system almost nothing. Response quality does not compound.

The Clinical Problem

In cardiac arrest, every second competes with complexity.

Current Environment

Simultaneous demands, fragmented inputs.

A high-pressure Code Blue response with multiple disconnected monitors and paper protocols
  • High-pressure Code Blue response
  • Multiple disconnected monitors
  • Paper or manual protocols
  • Medication timing pressure
  • Scattered documentation
  • Visible cognitive load

Intelligently Supported Environment

One coordinated picture of the event.

A calm clinical team supported by a single coordinated real-time clinical interface
  • Calm clinical coordination
  • Real-time protocol state
  • Timing prompts
  • Rhythm information
  • Medication checks
  • Role guidance
  • Automated event documentation

Even experienced clinical teams must process rapidly changing patient data, protocol steps, medication timing, equipment readiness, communication, and documentation at the same time.

PathFree is developing technology intended to reduce fragmentation and help clinicians maintain clarity during high-pressure emergency workflows.

The Platform

AIMediQ™, powered by datasyteAI™

AIMediQ™ is PathFree's emergency cardiac-response system. It is powered by datasyteAI™, the company's clinical intelligence and data layer.

Detect

Signal capture and event recognition intended to shorten the gap between physiological collapse and system awareness.

Guide

Structured, step-sequenced intervention guidance designed for untrained and semi-trained responders under extreme stress.

Coordinate

Device readiness, responder routing, and pre-arrival context delivered to the people converging on the event.

Learn

datasyteAI™ structures each event into a reviewable record, so protocol quality compounds across the network rather than resetting.

Contingent

Campaign Performance Right

Separate from equity. Payable only on defined milestones. Not guaranteed.

Second Series Trigger

If the full $50,000 maximum offering is raised, PathFree Technologies intends to announce a second three-night New York investor presentation series. The timing, venue, and format of any second series are subject to board approval, available resources, and market conditions.

Campaign Performance Right payments are contingent and are not guaranteed. No return of any kind is assured.

Series Multiplier

Why the Second Series Changes the Contingent-Payment Profile

The first three-evening series is designed to introduce PathFree to a targeted investor audience. If the full $50,000 campaign capital is raised, a second three-evening series would double the planned investor access runway—from three nights to six nights.

More qualified introductions

A second series means additional invited investor groups, management meetings, and diligence conversations. Each evening is an independent opportunity to meet investors who were not in the first room.

More time for decisions

Institutional and high-net-worth investment decisions rarely happen in a single evening. A second series extends the measurement window and gives prospective investors more time to review materials, conduct diligence, and discuss terms.

Higher milestone exposure

The Campaign Performance Right is driven by Qualified Raise Proceeds. Because the schedule scales from 0% below $500,000 up to 200% at $5 million or more, additional investor relationships increase the possibility of reaching the higher illustrative payment thresholds.

The second series is not a guarantee of higher proceeds or any payment. It is an expansion of opportunity: more nights, more relationships, and more chances for the campaign to reach the Qualified Raise Proceeds milestones that determine the contingent payment.

The Company

PathFree Technologies exists to compress the interval between cardiac collapse and clinical-grade intervention — the interval in which survival is decided.

Time is the therapy

Every operating decision at PathFree is measured against a single question: does it remove seconds from the response interval? Product scope, engineering priority, and vendor selection are all filtered through it.

Clinical rigour before commercial velocity

PathFree develops toward regulated clinical pathways. Claims are constrained to what evidence supports, and the roadmap is sequenced around validation, not announcement.

Infrastructure, not applications

The company builds durable layers — device intelligence, triage data, and response coordination — intended to sit beneath many care settings rather than serve a single one.

Discipline in capital

PathFree raises deliberately, in defined tranches, against defined milestones, and communicates the contingency of every forward-looking element.
