The Company

PathFree Technologies

Building intelligent support for the seconds that matter most.

Introduction

What PathFree is building

PathFree Technologies is developing AI-enabled clinical decision-support technology for Code Blue, CPR, ACLS, and emergency cardiovascular workflows.

Its platform vision brings real-time intelligence, protocol awareness, timing support, clinical workflow guidance, and structured event documentation into one coordinated system.

01

Clinical Urgency

Emergency teams operate under extreme time pressure and cognitive load.

02

Intelligent Guidance

AI is designed to support—not replace—the clinician.

03

Workflow Integration

The platform is intended to fit within existing hospital response environments.

04

Structured Intelligence

Actions, timing, medication events, and documentation can become part of one coordinated record.

Design Philosophy

Human-Led. AI-Supported.

The clinician leads the resuscitation. The system is intended to stay in a supporting role — surfacing timing, protocol context, and event capture without competing for attention at the bedside.

The Clinical Problem

In cardiac arrest, every second competes with complexity.

Current Environment

Simultaneous demands, fragmented inputs.

  • High-pressure Code Blue response
  • Multiple disconnected monitors
  • Paper or manual protocols
  • Medication timing pressure
  • Scattered documentation
  • Visible cognitive load

Intelligently Supported Environment

One coordinated picture of the event.

A calm clinical team supported by a single coordinated real-time clinical interface
  • Calm clinical coordination
  • Real-time protocol state
  • Timing prompts
  • Rhythm information
  • Medication checks
  • Role guidance
  • Automated event documentation

Even experienced clinical teams must process rapidly changing patient data, protocol steps, medication timing, equipment readiness, communication, and documentation at the same time.

PathFree is developing technology intended to reduce fragmentation and help clinicians maintain clarity during high-pressure emergency workflows.

Mission

PathFree Technologies exists to compress the interval between cardiac collapse and clinical-grade intervention — the interval in which survival is decided.

Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is among the most time-sensitive events in medicine. The clinical response is well understood; the failure is one of interval. Detection is late, response is uneven, and the people first on scene are rarely equipped with the information they need.

PathFree treats that interval as an engineering problem. The company builds the connective layer between the moment of collapse and the moment a clinician takes over: recognition, guidance, coordination, and a structured record of what happened.

The company's work is organized around AIMediQ™ — its emergency response system — and datasyteAI™, the intelligence and data layer beneath it.

Operating Principles

How the company makes decisions

01

Time is the therapy

Every operating decision at PathFree is measured against a single question: does it remove seconds from the response interval? Product scope, engineering priority, and vendor selection are all filtered through it.

02

Clinical rigour before commercial velocity

PathFree develops toward regulated clinical pathways. Claims are constrained to what evidence supports, and the roadmap is sequenced around validation, not announcement.

03

Infrastructure, not applications

The company builds durable layers — device intelligence, triage data, and response coordination — intended to sit beneath many care settings rather than serve a single one.

04

Discipline in capital

PathFree raises deliberately, in defined tranches, against defined milestones, and communicates the contingency of every forward-looking element.

The Problem

Cardiac arrest is not primarily a treatment problem. It is a timing problem.

Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest remains one of the most lethal medical events precisely because the decisive minutes occur before clinical care arrives. Survival falls sharply with every minute of delay in recognition, response, and defibrillation.

Recognition is delayed

Collapse is frequently unwitnessed, misread, or reported late. The clock begins before anyone realizes the clock has begun.

Response is uneven

Bystander intervention rates vary widely by geography, building type, and time of day. Access to a functioning defibrillator is inconsistent and rarely verified.

Information arrives last

Responding clinicians typically receive the least data at the moment they need the most. Pre-arrival context is fragmented across callers, dispatch, and devices.

Post-event learning is lost

Without a structured data layer, each event teaches the system almost nothing. Response quality does not compound.

PathFree's thesis is that the response interval is addressable with engineering: earlier detection signals, coordinated device readiness, guided intervention, and a data layer that makes each event improve the next.
