Capital-Access Engagement
A Concentrated Path to Relevant Investor Conversations
PathFree Technologies has engaged Borex Capital to organize and facilitate three private New York investor presentation evenings. The engagement is designed to place Dr. Perry M. Brunette and PathFree’s flagship product, AiMediQ™ powered by datasyteAI™, directly before a targeted investor audience in an intimate, high-trust setting.

The Model
One company. One invited room. Three evenings.
PathFree Technologies has engaged Borex Capital under contract to organize a three-evening New York investor presentation and Q&A program conducted in private dinner settings.
Borex Capital’s private-dinner model is designed to place one presenting company before a targeted room of physicians, angel investors, family offices, venture investors, private-equity participants, and other prospective capital sources.
PathFree Technologies is the sole presenting company during the program.
