We collect only the information you provide through the investor information request form: your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number, firm or organization, role, investor type, eligibility response, preferred evening, area of interest, referral source, and any message you write.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information of any kind. This website has no payment processor.

Information you submit is used to review your request, confirm suitability, respond to you, provide confidential campaign materials where appropriate, and administer invitations to the New York investor presentation series.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Submissions are stored in a secured database. Access is limited to authorised PathFree Technologies personnel and, where relevant to campaign administration, Borex Capital.

Access controls require authentication and an explicit administrative role. Anonymous visitors can submit a request but cannot read any submission, including their own.

We retain information requests for as long as necessary to administer the campaign and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us, after which records are deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any message you receive from us. We will honour reasonable requests promptly.
